IJM Land has announced the signing of Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with a diverse range of tenants for Enlace Shoppes, the retail component of the upcoming Enlace development at Pantai Sentral Park, Kuala Lumpur. The 18.18-acre mixed-use joint venture between IJM Land and Amona Sdn Bhd is set to deliver a new benchmark in urban living by blending convenience, lifestyle, and natural elements.

Anchored by Jaya Grocer, a household name in premium supermarkets, and Anytime Fitness, a 24-hour full-service gym, Enlace Shoppes will offer a comprehensive tenant mix to serve the daily needs of residents and visitors. The lineup includes Guardian Pharmacy, Kolab Detailing (car wash and detailing), and a curated selection of food and beverage outlets such as Giglio, INNBar, Good Blue Men, Mini Thai, Boys Don’t Fry, Seng Kee Chicken Rice, Canton Boy, MeeLa, Cotta, Daseo, Crab Bro Noodles House, and La Pane Pizza.

According to Datuk Tony Ling, Chief Executive Officer of IJM Land, the tenant mix was carefully planned to cater to the community’s essential and lifestyle needs. “Beyond offering grocery, dining, fitness, and wellness options in one convenient location, we have created a space that connects naturally with Taman Rimba Bukit Kerinchi. The landscaping and environmental design reflect our vision of a retail space that complements rather than competes with its surroundings.”

One of the standout features of Enlace Shoppes is its forest dining concept—a design that sets food and beverage outlets along tree-canopied pedestrian paths, merging indoor and outdoor environments to create an inviting, all-day destination. The development also includes green terraces suitable for small events or quiet reflection, children’s playgrounds, assisted washrooms, and barrier-free access to ensure inclusivity. As a pet-friendly commercial space, it aims to become a welcoming hub for all.

Enlace Shoppes is expected to open in 2029, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of Pantai Sentral Park as an integrated township that emphasizes both urban connectivity and ecological harmony.
